What kind of pasta recipe??? So i made for foreigner friend my LASAGNA and he liked it very much.
Recipe for 4 people: 1kg minced meat - 300 gr between carrots, onions and celery - tomatoe extract - red wine - boullion cube - gr 500 egg lasagna. - 1 lt of milk -100 gr butter - 100 gr flour - parmigiano
Slowly fry carrots,onions and celery with oil for a few minutes add the minced meat allow to brown for a few minutes. Add wine, boullion cube and the tomato extract melted in water salt and pepper to taste. Mix and cook over with moderate flame for about an hour and the remove from the heat. For besciamella: in a pot melt flour and milk with a mixer. Mixing continuously and cook with a moderate flame to obtain a sauce which is not too thick then remove from the heat and add butter mixing the sauce. Now take a baking-tin and put into a layer of sauce, pasta, meat and parmigiano, continue in this way until the end of engredients. Put in the oven for 20/25 minutes and.... good appetite...
